Join Team Lifeline and take on the "People's Marathon", Australasia's oldest major marathon event, in support of suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
Now in its 57th year, the Rotorua Marathon takes place on a course like no other. The event starts with a spine-chilling haka, before runners and walkers travel past geothermal activity, through the world-famous redwoods of Whakarewarewa Forest, or wind around picturesque Lake Rotorua. Runners and walkers can choose from a full marathon, off-road half marathon, 10km or 5.5km fun run.
