New Telephone Counsellor Volunteers

Do you know someone who’s interested in training as a Volunteer Phone Counsellor?

We are seeking applications from individuals with compassion and sensitivity.  Applicants also need fluent and clear English speaking and listening skills.

Training takes place over a 12 week period (Friday evenings and some weekends) and there are key dates that cannot be missed or rescheduled. 

As you know, volunteers are the backbone of Lifeline and enable us to keep making a difference in the community.
