How to help
When you volunteer, make a donation, partner with us or fundraise for us, you also make a real difference to New Zealanders in crisis - it may even be life-saving. Here's what a recent Lifeline caller had to say...

“Not sure who I talked to tonight, but she literally saved my life. I’m feeling much better still have my problems - hopefully you can portray this to the person who talked to me. Thanks Lifeline.”

We receive a call every 5 minutes from people dealing with issues like relationship problems, financial concerns, housing, isolation, abuse and thoughts of suicide and self-harm.  To be able to answer these calls we need your support more than ever.

Donate Every dollar you give will help us answer more calls, one call costs $22. If you're able to make a regular donation you will help to ensure we have enough funds to help us be there for people in crisis for years to come.  Donate today
